Debra Hirsch: Jesus and Incarnational Practices

If incarnation is the most profound way that God engaged the world, then we, his people must follow in his footsteps. We must be incarnational. If missional defines our being sent into the world, then incarnational must define the way in which we engage the world.

Hi Alan & Debrah, I received an e-mail from the Navigators about their conference in Ontario in June. I don’t think that I will be able to attend this conference; however, I am interested in your book.

I am working at SAIT Polytechnic as an English Language instructor to immigrant and international students. I am also an English Language Assessor (CLBA), and I am the volunteer Chaplain Coordinator here at SAIT Polytechnic.

I know that this topic is very interesting for students. I am wondering about the possibility of having you speak to our students. I would need to get permission from our administration, and I am not sure if they would allow your to speak here or not. Have you ever spoken at a college or technical institution?

    Sincerely,
    Daniel Love

Daniel, are you talking about Deb’s book Redeeeming Sex or the one we did together called Untamed? Either way, yes we have. And Debs has spoken at colleges. Best to contact her via email debhirsch [at] gmail . Com

Daniel. I take it that you are talking about Deb’s book Redeeming Sex…right? We have written one together called Untamed. Either way, we have communicated these on college campuses. But if it is to do with discussion of LGBT issues then Debs has a very closed policy as she will not enter into the political debate.
