What is included in the Registration?

$600 – Friday 5:30 PM – Sunday 1:30 PM. Program, all meals, airport transfers and accommodation.
$450 – Friday 5:30 PM – Sunday 1:30 PM. Program, 4 meals: Friday & Saturday dinner, Saturday and Sunday lunch.

WILL THERE BE CHILDCARE?

Yes. Free, on-site childcare is available for children 12 and under. Childcare will be provided during the following times:

  • Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Sunday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Children will join the full conference for all meals. Please indicate that you require childcare and fill in your child(ren)’s information during the conference registration process.

WHERE WILL I BE STAYING?

The conference will be at Ambrose University. If you choose the option to stay on-site, attendees will be in the Ambrose University residence. Each room includes 2 twin beds, all linens, toiletries, parking, and WiFi. Every two rooms has a shared bathroom. Roommate requests are available when you register. You will be given your room key upon registration for Advance if accommodation is included in your registration (please do not book your room on your own).

I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS—WILL YOU BE ABLE TO MEET THEM?

The university is able to accommodate guests who have food/beverage allergies or special dietary requirements. Please indicate these needs on your registration form.

HOW DO I GET FROM THE CALGARY AIRPORT TO AMBROSE UNIVERSITY?

If you are flying, please arrive at Calgary International Airport (YYC). If you need transportation to and from the airport to Ambrose University, please reserve a space on the shuttle during your registration. It takes approximately 35 minutes to drive from Calgary International Airport (YYC) to Ambrose University.

HOW CAN I RESERVE ADDITIONAL NIGHTS AT AMBROSE UNIVERSITY?

The conference room rate is $35 per night (plus tax and service fees) for up to two occupants. You may reserve additional nights for your personal stay at the same rate based upon availability. CAN I ATTEND THE CONFERENCE FOR ONLY ONE DAY?

Yes. Saturday June 9th is open to anyone who would like to attend the conference for one day. The cost is $200/person and includes all meals, sessions and a special evening event. Accommodations are not included. When you register, please indicate you are only attending on Saturday.

AM I ABLE TO OPT OUT OF BREAKFAST?

Yes. When you register, please indicate that you will be getting breakfast on your own. Fruit and light snacks will be provided for you in the residence. There is also a cafeteria on-site for food purchases and many local restaurants are within walking distance of the campus. Please help us be wise stewards by letting us know in advance.

DO I NEED TO WEAR MY NAMETAG?

Yes. Please wear it at all times so everyone knows who you are. Additionally, your name tag indicates that you are a part of the conference and allows you to enjoy the provided meals for all conference attendees.
